Game streaming & encoding device

I would propose to add option to streaming with using your graphics card as in streaming software. It would be really usefull to users, who have weak proccessors and powerful graphics cards. Always when I trying stream demanding game while using my i5 8400 my game and stream just lagging and I think to introduce support for NVENC or AMD encoder to stream games <3
