Text Channel Boombox

-If someone has the boombox permission in a server they can put music into a channel from the boombox near the notification button (through Spotify or any music platform).
-Everyone can listen to the music when clicking on the channel or have an option to mute the boombox too.
-Administrator or music permission management can create a cooldown give any user BoomBox permission or force the music to be played on every channel.
-But if they join a voice channel, the boombox will turn off until you left and will not play any music while in the voice channel and text.
