Hacking Increase Issue. PLEASE FIX ASAP

Discord… I have been using this app for over a year now and have never experienced the amount of hacking I did in the past two or three months. In my discord server, we have been getting reports that man people are being hacked even though they have two-factor authorization... this is NOT good discord. Because of them, other people are getting hacked too!
Today my server was almost saved from hacking just in time. Nowadays, I fear to log into discord thinking I may get hacked.
Please fix this problem immediately.
