Worst "Support" Team (moderators and staff please read)
Before I get told that this isn't the complaints section, I know. I am writing this to open people's eyes to Discord's outrageous and generally horrible support team.
Let me get started.
First of all, "Trust and Safety"
Ever since January of 2022 up to this point in time, 3 of my accounts have been falsely disabled. And if the phone number verification never existed OR allowed us to use one number on multiple accounts, I would never have to deal with this a day in my life. Discord acts like I have more than one phone. Your users are not all millionaires and you should realize that at this point. I'm sick and tired of trying to spend hours or even minutes typing a request with valuable proof that your twisted moderation could work with, just to get these disappointing bot copy and paste replies. Clyde is no help.
Last month, my main Discord account was disabled because I was in "hacking servers". Keep in mind, I do not hack people, and I don't condone it either. and in these terrible "Community Guidelines," it states I am not allowed to send malware, phishing links, DDoS attempts, trojans/viruses, or hack people. Did I ever do anything listed? No. I was disabled because I was in servers where they apparently had malicious files in them. I had nothing to do with this. It is partially my fault for not looking over the entire server, but either way, this isn't a valid reason to delete my account. I never created servers in purpose of hacking people's accounts, and I only joined these servers to educate myself on how to avoid them. This is a false ban.
Now, my other two accounts. This is going to be quite a ride. Both of these accounts were disabled for the same "reason". I was trying to find ways to report illegal servers. I join one on account 1. (the second one you saw in the screenshot). Keep in mind this account has existed for 3 years and never required phone verification until now. I had no extra phone number, and all of a sudden I get locked out of my account for the phone verification. So I never had time to report or leave the server. I did the same thing with the "try3" account (last on the screenshot) and the same exact thing happened. try3 has existed since 2018, never required phone verification until that minute. I couldn't do anything. So I went to sleep at that night.
Fast forward the next morning, I noticed I was logged out of the accounts in both browsers. I tried logging in and guess what! I'm disabled! I appeal. (i used the same message for both accounts cuz i didn't wanna write a separate appeal when they're both for the same reason)
An hour later, the same exact message appeared for both of my accounts. Useless old Clyde. I didn't bother replying considering I tried the same thing for my first disabled account. I do not receive a reply for 3 weeks. I'm finished with Discord's Trust and Safety team. Back then this useless team used to have real people replying to people's requests, and it's just terrible now. Discord is honestly so bad words can't describe it.
Also, to any moderators reading this, I stated that I know this isn't where to put my complaints. I went to the Help and Support place and I couldn't find what to put for the "Type of question?". If you could reply to this with what I'm supposed to do with it, please explain where.
Anyways, let's hope I don't get false banned for speaking my mind.

Hear hear, I'm still waiting for someone human to get back to my tickets. What kind of "support" team is this anyway?

It's the worst support i've ever expierenced, the sad thing is, we as basic users have no way of getting attention on this.
my account got hacked a couple days ago, multiple tickets just with ol' clyde, or they get insta closed.
all they need to do is reset my password for me, instead i have to watch the hacker use my account and try to sell it since it has an early supporter badge.
solution is so easy yet nothing happens.2 -
Been waiting about almost a week myself. Went to paypal to take my a payment plan off due to Discord being slow on the response.

Hear me out - why not organize a boycott? Like - this is a big enough problem that I feel it warrants canceling Nitro, not buying Nitro, or other things until a solution is created. If you google hacked accounts for discord, you'll find that there are too many people who are experiencing this and waiting way too long for support response that's not Clyde.
