Censor Feature Suggestion

I think it would be a good idea if Discord added a censor feature on messages, let me give you an example

Let's say a user just posted some Game Of Thrones spoilers in chat, it might've been a funny meme or even something interesting.

You might not want to necessarily delete that message, so instead, I think you should have the option to add the "||" censor bars on a user's message if you have administrator perms.

If that's the case, it can also have a message on the spoiler like "This message was censored by "exampleuser" for "Game Of Thrones spoilers". I think it'd be a cool feature.
