issue regarding my disabled account
My account was disabled for "participating or promoting self-bots" on 28th march which i never did, then i submitted an appeal within 6 hours (the same day 28th march) and i got a response back from trust and safety team on 8th april, that after further review of my situation my account they've removed the suspension on my account. but when i tried logging in it was still disabled also, i know that when discord un-disable an account they send an e-mail to reset password, i didn't receive that also, then i sent a message to @discord on twitter regarding this issue and they told me to contact trust and safety team back via support ticket. so i did, and what they replied me this time was the same that after further review of my situation they've removed the suspension on my discord account. BUT it was still disabled and i didn't receive the e-mail to reset password this time too. I DON'T KNOW what to do now, i'm so stressed my account will be PERMANENTLY DELETED in like next 10 or 15 days. please help me i need some real human from trust and safety team to look into this for me.

Good Luck, I legit just emailed the CEO and Founder because I keep getting bot responses from appeals. I wasn't even given an email of why my account was actually deactivated. I've had this account with no problems for 6 years.
