more detailed prevent & allow message settings?

It's good you allow preventing members messaging you, but could use improvement: often people dislike random messages from unknown people/bots but still want to accept messages from administrators and authorized bots.  It's a problem with larger Free/Libre/Opensource Software (FLS, OSS, FOSS, FLOSS) projects especially cryptocurrencies: rife with unsolicited solicitations/spambots.  However when one goes to FLOSS chats asking help one may get reply from experts/administrators (even non-administrator experts with other titles/ranks) and authorized bots.  I quickly had to block all non-friend messages but when awaited messages from administrators & their bots and compiled all software I needed then was only in other topic interest chats it was fine for people to message, this became a problem, so I had to enable all messages and not scan style (some friends use badwords occasionally.)

    What about options to block all messages except friends, administrators, authorized bots, maybe chosen/verified titles/ranks (some chats make you do CAPTCHA and/or read rules or do a questionnaire and/or interview then you're 'verified,' etc.)
