New Explore Categories

New categories in the explore section based on a tagging system so like servers can be found. For instance, I'm helping get a yimby org off the ground as are many all over North America, and it would be really cool to be able to network with other orgs from around based on a tag-like system.

Another solution could be opening up super-server type things or pages like university pages when there are a few discords that would like to connect each other over common topics in an explore-like function
