Blocking should visibly hide a user if blocked

We're now in 2022 and for some reason this hasn't been implemented, so...

Blocking a user should hide them entirely, at all times. This includes hiding the user from the user listing of a server. Currently, blocking a user does not exhibit this behavior. It would be favorable for the user to become permanently hidden from chat, reactions, user listing, etc. unless they are unblocked at some point.

    It should also prevent them from seeing your posts. If you block me, you should not see me. Blocking users but having them show up, or having them see posts from users who've blocked them, defeats the object of blocking them.
