Falsely banned and receiving no help

    i have the same issue. they keep having bots reply saying to change the email or something. when my account is literally disabled cant log in.

    Oh, you guys actually get responses anymore, I didn't even get an email saying why I was 'disabled' or 'reasons for disabling' let alone having anyone not 'marking as solved' without even talking or sending a bot anymore.

    i email them daily for 15 days , non of the email was reponse , do they have support team ,, ?? i never saw someone solved this issue , my account got disabled for no reason too , but still no feedback , 2 thing they should fix , the auto ban something wrong with algorithm and support team at least 2 or 3 business days one reply ,,

    They should at the very least send someone who just answers your questions, if they can justify the ban with real evidence they shouldn't ban and then I wouldn't feel outcast because they see a problem. I didn't get an email nor did I get someone to tell me what kind of thing I did wrong, just a bot saying I am and them perma spamming solved.

    Their lack of service and attention to these tickets is intentionally negligent. They have violated their own terms of service against accounts in good standing to blanket ban.

    They've marked my ticket that has been open for 12 days as resolved but did not reply. This, I suspect is malicious behavior intended to target certain accounts.

    Mine was one of the ones that opted out of forced arbitration, now my account is permanently disabled for something they accused me of doing "A OR B OR C OR D". Might be time to call a lawyer at this point.

    The entire title of this post pretty much sums up discord support and the nonsense that we have to put up with. Its sad to say this, but this is why having multiple throwaway accounts is necessary

    Their entire support team is a bunch of robots. I was banned for literally no reason, and have received no email on why. The first time I got banned I was in a sketchy server, and they emailed me to tell me why. This time I have gotten no such email. Might have to contact a lawyer.
