Favorites and Hidden emoji lists

Since the Frequently Used Emojis list gets reset for me every few weeks, rendering it almost useless, it would be nice to be able to both Favorite emojis and have them permanently available (replacing Frequently Used?) as well as hide emojis from servers that I don't want to see. Would be easy as right-clicking or long-pressing said emoji and add options to the little menu.
