Customisable Colour Themes

Hey!

I really struggle with viewing bright/light colours on dark backgrounds due to some issues with my eyesight, but Discord's light mode is literally so bright it burns itself into my laptop screen after 20 minutes or so, plus in general it's quite hard on your eyes. I did notice you added a Saturation bar to help with some colour sensitivity issues - for me this doesn't help.

Is it possible to add an ability to customise the colour theme? Even if it was a slider from white to grey for example. It has a lot of benefits for those with any disabilities/eyesight issues, but I think in general people really like to customise things, so colours/images would always be appreciated I imagine.
