Allow e-mail change through phone number and app authentication!

Hi. recently I lost access to my personal e-mail, which was the login to several services including discord. Therefore, I attempted to change my e-mail in as many platforms as I could, but discord won't let me without access to my old address. Thing is, I have two step authentication AND my phone number registered in this account. That means, even if I wanted to purge this account and start a new one, I would not be able to do so without my e-mail to get the verification codes, and I would not be able to re-use my phone number either.

Why can't I change e-mail with the data I have? it's enough to log me in at any time, it should be enough to let me alter account details. Now I'm stuck with an account I don't have full control of and would not be able to make another one with my phone number. This system needs to change.
