So you blocked this person pop-out for message jump links

Currently the "So you blocked this person" pop-out appears in search and replies, but doesn't appear for message jump links. What it currently does is that it jumps you to a random area in the channel and not the message at all.

This behavior is inconsistent with other message jumping methods with blocked users and should be changed to the correct method.
