Remove file antivirus check
Nearly every .exe file or archive with such files gets automatically removed and replaced with "Hm, it looks like that file might've been a virus. Instead of cooking up trouble, try cooking up..." placeholder, even in DMs, even if I have "Safe direct messaging" set to "Do not scan". First of all, it's none of your business to check whatever I send/receive in DMs, especially when the person I'm messaging with is in my friends list. Secondly, if I have that goddamn filtering turned off (who ever asked for it?), you should automatically assume that, in addition for "explicit content" which I'm perfectly fine with either (and if I wasn't, I would've just blocked any people sending me such stuff), I'm smart enough not to run random software received from strangers on the internet.
Therefore, completely remove this "feature", or at least disable it for DMs in situations where users have "My friends are nice/Do not scan" set in DM filtering preferences.

It increases the virus potential very much.

It's not decreasing it in the first place. Nothing is preventing people from uploading a malicious file to a third party cloud service, or just sending it in a password-protected archive so Discord can't check it's contents. It's nothing but reduced convenience
