Can I have an account reinstation? I didnt do anything wrong..

Ive been asking for a reinstation for a while now, but I am not getting a response.. Id like someone to actually review my case, it says harassment, but i didnt actually do anything and i would like to request someone to review my case before I lose all my friends on it... My account is Salsa#1633
