Discord Account Disabled Confusion

Dear Discord Support Team,

I hope you have been well and also been taking care of yourself, I was just wondering why my discord account got disabled. I do not know the reasons for this and why it happened but if you let me know or if you can help me in this situation I would greatly appreciate it. I was adding a friend on discord and suddenly the app crashed and said the account is disabled, so I hope everything goes well in this process. Also, if I have made a huge mistake and broke a rule of the TOS, I sincerely apologize as it wasn't my intention for that to happen. So I would appreciate it if you can open my account back up somehow. I hope you understand where I am coming from. Please take your time in responding to this matter, I just don't want my account to be banned as I care about being on discord and helping other communities. I have also sent multiple tickets and not a response yet, I don't know if sending this is helpful to the forums but if I have to I will. Can anyone help me?
