my account got hacked last night

okay, so my account got hacked last night, the name is ndaw#0136 (and he's currently online the moment i write this post)

i tried to log in and change the password, but they changed the email address, password, and also revoked the 2FA.

is there any way for me to get my account back? please help me.

    i tried to submit the ticket as well, and still no response from the investigation team. can whoever got their account back help me? how did you guys get your account back when the hijacker changed your email address?
