Have a variety of sounds for text messages (Could be different sound per channel)

It would be nice if you could give some channels a different beep or other soundfile.

It could also be a sound file (.wav), and you could implement a wide range of different sounds/messages that you can assign to a channel.

I have a sound fragment from monty python:  Ploink! Message for you sir!

(User defined sound file, or a variety of sound messages in discord to pick from, so you can set an urgent one for some channels, and a normal beep for others.)
