blocking an account without notifications

my discord account was blocked, nothing came to the mail, tech support either silently closes the ticket, transferring it to "solved", or responds with scripted messages and subsequently remains silent, Twitter is also completely ignored and silent, I don't even know what to do.

The same thing has happened to me, believe it is a rogue helper. Where they had enough of these tickets and decided to "solve" them and began to simply ignore them. Soon will be writing a rant hoping that enough people see it and so does that Discord System Account (fake or not)

Forgot to mention in the haste of writing, that they even suspended my main acc because, well no reason declared toward me. They just decided so without informing me and I still have no idea as to why. The harsh boot of Discord, I wonder if it's crumbling socially.

Oh heavens no, though due to my "happy little accident" [RIP Bob Ross], I have figured out any other staff team besides Trust and Safety responds somehow quickly. It is simply staggering how they respond so quickly. Though take this with a grain of salt, maybe I got suddenly lucky.

Still, this problem will likely arise again and again. If you call out the staff team about this as well, they will suspend your forum account and believe they've done the right thing :)
