Server-Voicechat | Apps on user rightclick

Currently if there are bots on a server that have user apps (rightclick on a user in chat and hover over apps) you can only access them by rightclicking on the user in the chat, but it would be very useful for some bots (e.g. in the moderation area) if you can also access the apps function by rightclicking on a user in a voice chat.

(I personally use the apps function for my bot to ban users over a own punishment-system and it would be very usefull if someone is breaking the rules in a voicechat that I can rightclick on them and punish them over apps.)
