My discord account has been disabled

First of all, I know that this is not a support place, but no matter how many times I send an e-mail to discord, I can't get a response. My discord account, which I have been using since 2017, has been disabled and this makes me very sad. "The personal information of another user from his account was disclosed and/or a situation that caused it to be disclosed was supported." came and I formatted my computer before this mail came I had a virus on my computer trojan entered my discord account no matter how much I begged no matter how much I wrote discord did not return to my account discord is not just an application it is more than an application please I want your help please do not keep me apart from discord

    I have the same problem

    I attached to them about 10 proofs that prove that I am the owner of the account.

    But unfortunately their laws are not good in addition to the fact that there are some employees who rudely close the ticket without any useful response.

    I have an account from 5 years and the work of those years is lost. I am really indescribably upset
