Deleted messages, channels, servers and other things should be archived in Discord storage for 30 days. In that time, owners should be able to request them to be restored.

I think this is the best solution at the moment. Losing a lot of data in Discord sucks and if they want to clear everything that's been deleted, that should be fine after people have 30 days to restore what they want, especially if they were hacked, or having a disagreement with another moderator. Owners of any servers, channels or messages should be able to submit requests to restore their lost data.
