Order emoji autocomplete by recently used.

If I type `:thumbs` and hit enter, I always want the normal thumbsup emoji. But because some servers I'm part of have some very excitedly animated thumbsup, those always appear first in the popup. It'd be nice if there were a way I could set, or have the system learn, my preferences for emoji I wanna use.
