Discord support issue

I don't know if this post is gonna help me at all, but my account got disabled due to me joking of being 10 years old, I am 15 years old and I am allowed to use Discord in my country.

I submitted a request to solve this false account disable, but after going back and forth with Discord and after giving them all the information they needed, I got ghosted.

I didn't get a response and I'm trying my everything to get one, can anyone think of a way to help me out?

    חרא סאפורט יש להם, הגשתי ארבעה טיקטים במשך 18 ימים ואמרו לי שזה בטיפול. 18 יום אני מחכה שיחזירו לי את החשבון אחרי שדפקו לי אותו ולא קיבלתי שום עזרה עד עכשיו.
