Choose individual channels for each system event message.

Being able to choose a specific channel for each type of system event message. For example choosing "Send a message when someone boosts this server" to be send in a channel called #boosts or #announcements while keeping "Send a random welcome messages when someone joins this server" to another channel like #generel og #welcome
