New login location Detected

This ‘security’ feature is not optimal. I’m using the same device, just made the mistake of logging out unaware my yahoo account was deactivated due to inactivity. This feature does not allow for users who have had discord accounts for years (I’ve had mine for 4 years) recover. Therefor I’ve lost all the contacts I’ve made, servers I’ve joined, and servers I created over the years. Also phone numbers should be allowed to be added by discord techs (if you know the email with the account. Cause security) and used by sending a link/code in a text to confirm user ownership. Several other services I use have this text feature and have saved my accounts. Or if that is too complicated, just allow a tech to change the email to the discord account if the previous email is known.
