Why does discord support always send me the same message from cLyDe when i want to appeal my account.

My account was disabled.  And instead of discord support being nice about it, they shove it in my face every time i try to make an appeal for my account. I actually feel i was unfairly disabled so its not fair that they dont want to even let me talk to a human to be able to hear me out and so i can defend myself.  Its been 14 days and im close to it being deleted and they dont care.  Any tips? Please, im begging lol.
