Account blocked on verification page....

Here I wanted to change my gmail from my discord 
account and since then I have a page that opens
(certification required) the problem asks me to 
send a confirmation email, but I still can't get the 
email in question... and when I want to change my email again, 
it tells me (you change my email too often, try again later )

Does anyone have a solution please!! ><

    oof, you may have to remember your password if you want to change it, i believe
