account deactivated for no reason, appeal they do not respond

hello my account was deactivated for "spam" in an unfair way. create tickets showing evidence and appealing against this unjustified ban.
My account is an old account, it is not a new account.
I have contracted the nitro service.
I have 2-step verification.
I have everything in order.
I need an answer from the team.
to know if I have to cancel my subscription to nitro or not.

    They delete disabled accounts after 14 days, right? Put a support ticket in 13 days ago, no reply.
