Admin Role Permission not working properly

Recently I've noticed that my admin role on my server isn't allowing me to do anything related to that role, it has administrator checked but isn't allowing me to use any admin commands, it also for some reason shows a padlock symbol by the role name with all options grayed out, I assumed that when I transfer ownership to another admin, the server perms would remain the same if you have the administrator permission, so why doesn't it?

    Should also mention that 2FA is not enabled

    !!! what !!! i think i know what is happening when you so called made them supreme admin? they definitely demoted you. that is sad. once you give up thoes perms i belive there is no reversing it.
