Hacked and they enabled 2FA.

I lost my account to a hacker, and I've been emailing discord about this for the past 7 days and it seems like they just won't be doing anything about it. They enabled 2FA on my account and when I initially sent my first email, they disabled my Discord account because of "suspicious activity" and thought my account was compromised (which it is) and sent a reset password link along with it.

I can't reset the password without having a code, so I can't do what would fix the entire issue without 2FA being taken off. This is getting really frustrating, and I just want Discord to please listen to me and help me. I'm really scared that my account is gone forever and is going to be deleted or something. I need it back, 5 years of memories down the drain if this isn't fixed.

    I have a similar problem. Someone hacked my account and changed the e-mail and password. The geniuses at discord support want me to send an e-mail from the hacker's e-mail to prove that I am the owner of the account. Obviously that's impossible. The account security is a complete joke, and they say it's "to protect the privacy". What about OUR privacy? The true owners of the account?? The hackers are out there with our info, locking us our, and discord wants to protect THEM?? This is unacceptable. OP, I hope you get your account back. I know exactly how you feel.
