My account got disabled

My account got disabled on discord recently for ' Violation of TOS/Community Guidelines notification'.It was because of a server in which i was.I was pretty much inactive on that server. So I contacted discord and they sent me mail saying - "Hello,

Thanks for writing in. It looks like you got caught in our spam filter. After further review of your situation, I've gone ahead and lifted the suspension on your Discord account at this time.

Sincerely,
Discord Trust & Safety" 3 days later but when I try to log in it says that your account is disabled.

Also should I mail them about this again?

Please Help

Ive got the exact same mail. So its probably a automatic mail from a bot :/
