Discord disabled my account without any explanation

So my account was disabled and I don't really know why, they didn't warn me nor send me an email explaining why it was disabled, I literally only used my account to talk to a single person, I wasn't in any servers. And one day they just disabled it out of the blue, I contacted the discord support 12 days ago and I haven't gotten any reply from them. What can I do? I'm really pissed off.

    I only received an email saying they received my message but 12 days passed and I didn't received anything else and my account is still disabled.

    Btw I'm sorry if I'm not explaining myself coherently, english isn't my first language.
