Add secondary Email verification before Phone Verification

I been arguing with Discord for months about my account and i bluntly said i do not have a Phone Number only because i forgot my phone payment and my account is locked so i can't pay yet. Anway but if i could verify it via secondary email. They said that "We do not have that as a verification test" and me being me i was like "Well what the f*ck are you waiting for? Many people do not have phones and are pending phone verification and it isn't fair to people without phones" A secondary Email verification thing is well needed and will save y'all a lot of time if you do this Discord. Not many people are happy with you right now but if you can restore everyone's accounts and add this then people may come back.
