discord has no support ?

dose discord has a support system ?

because i don't think so , 

my friend got hacked somehow and the hacked bought nitro gift cards with the saved paypal info , the balance on the paypal was enough for 1 year card only , after that he kept trying to buy lower price and all got declined , luckly the giftcard code was sent to the  email so he cant take it , my friend sent a request to refund the gift card , in the middle of progress discord disabled the account for spamming (trying to buy giftcards) and closed the whole request , sent another request to activate the account again and only a bot replay once asking for withdrew dispute and thats it , no help at all the request is on open for 3 days now..

    The ones saying there are humans are lying there are no humans only bots. Ive been asking for a supervisor for 2 weeks across 3 accounts.
