Restore essential features for Basic Tier

We will not accept your scheme to push more users to purchase Nitro. In the least, bring back animated profile pictures and gifting for basic tier and raise the price if you wish.

    True, They can remove the file upload size and custom video background. Just bring back custom tags, gif pfp and banners.
