Discord is lowering all windows audio WHEN STREAMING

Only when streaming (i.e. screen sharing) does discord lower the volume of all windows audio, as well as its own volume (i.e. of those on the call). How can this be fixed?

Sounds -> Communications is set to "Do nothing"

Voice & Video -> Attenuation and the related checkboxed are all disabled

  Well actually ATTENUATION level is doing that stuff and it turned on by default. This function on Windows works very bad, it lowering sound level of every app, including Discord itself >__<
