Keyboard shortcuts should listen to Virtual Keys (Windows)

I have an alt keyboard layout that does not remap the virtual keys. On other browser applications, e.g. Remember The Milk, YouTube,, QWERTY shortcuts work, even with my alt layout. But on Discord they don't. For example, if I try using the Greek layout on Windows, I can't use any shortcuts on browser (I haven't tested with the application).

This is particularly annoying with text manipulation. I tried to undo some text in the chat box with Ctrl-Z (physical location), and I was surprised when it didn't work.
