Snowsgiving Button

It would be super nice(especially since those of us who pay for it) to have discord NOT give us promotional items.  Have a notification section where you can promote things and do so there.. sure.  That's not a problem.  But when you are doing things like, for example, "snowsgiving," I should not have a giant ugly button that I can't get rid of show up on my discord for a couple months.   The discord icon being filled with snow is ALSO stupid and pointless when, where I live, I'm never going to see snow.   

Like... for free users, do what you want.   It's free.  You get what you get when you don't want to throw money at the folks who created and maintain it.   But I'm paying y'all an absurd amount of money for a chat application.   The least I should expect is that I'm not also being advertised to, or at the very least, I should be able to opt out of it.
