Bring the option to have bulk notifications

On Windows 7 and 8, Discord has its own built-in notification system that sends out many messages on the top of your taskbar and updates you whenever a new message comes up on a specific channel or server. It was a very useful feature for me, being able to read and get notified of new messages popping up on my screen and letting me know everything that was happening in the conversations. It may have been annoying to other users, having annoying notifications pop up randomly while you're doing something else, but it is a good thing for anyone who needs to keep an eye out for every message in a channel especially when you're the one moderating their conversations.

Those days were gone now. After switching to the latest Windows 10 and 11 computers I notice that the built-in notification panels were gone and now that apps send them out with Window's default notification panel. It still works out but it was slower and delayed, there were no PFPs that can show who sent the messages and it can only send one notification at a time. It used to send out a lot of notifications and constantly update playing beeping noises all the time. But now it's sending only one notification every 8 seconds and the app doesn't show up most of the conversations on the servers you need to keep an eye out for. This was very disappointing to me. I was really used to having bulk notifications and reading every message other users sent on the channels, but now I have to scroll down every channel for a message without the help of notifications which were slower. It's becoming inconvenient and I cannot keep up or might miss very good conversations. 

So please, I want that built-in notification panel and the bulk notification back. The Window's default panel always fails and no matter how many guides and articles I have read to try and resolve the issue it just won't help. Plugins would help bring the bulk messages but it doesn't work as I expected as it can only do so in the application and not take advantage of Window's features.
