Other account got disabled for a reason I know but support are replying with the same thing without actually reading the title properly + description

My other account got disabled for breaking terms and conditions etc and I know for either 2 reasons. 1: I clearly remember leaving all servers with unacceptable content because of stuff like this and I somehow got banned for being inside a server with nsfw. 2: a friendly non bad content server got spammed with it and got terminated with me in it. Please help I don’t want to loose my other account (main account)
