Hacked account and no replies FOR DAYS

My account got hacked on 12/25/2022 and been making requests since then. Hacked account requests and Billing requests under the "refund a charge on my hacked account" have been made MULTIPLE times and like i said, no response to any of these for the past 5 days. the gmail that needs to be put back on the account isnt connected to any discord account at the moment so i should be having a quicker response. The worst part is i cant do a refund on the charges the hacker made because my email is connected with the account, so i need to regain access to the account before i can even get my refunds. My number is also still connected with the account but it doesnt seem like i can do anything regarding that. Is there something i can do to get a quicker response?

    I should also add the hacker still has access to the account and i see that he is online some of the time. The day the account got hacked i also made a new email and made a new discord with the new email and the hacker dm'ed that account, how did he do that?
