I can't connect from two devices on my network to one channel in discord

I have two computers connected to the router with a wire, two different discord accounts, when I connect to the channel from one account, the second account cannot do this, the rtc error is red, and so on endlessly, rebooting everything does not help.
I think maybe it's in the ports, the discord is trying to enter from one.
Or maybe not, what to do?
Firewall disabled, no antivirus
