[Suggestion] DND Status Exemptions

I would like to bring up the suggestion to have "DND Status Exemptions".

I talked with some friends about Discord features and we came to the conclusion, that it would be a very handy feature to have a special list of friends, which would not be affected by your own Do Not Disturb status.

So, for example, something like "starred" or "pinned" friends, that would be in a separate list, in which you can freely add or remove your friends from.

This type of list would be very nice, as I, for myself, have to stay on DND, because I often get pings from server channels, but I would like to receive notificationns for some of my friends (direct messages) anyways, so I don't miss those important messages.
