New functionality in direct message

My idea is to create the function of "pinning" a conversation or a group in the direct message, so that it always comes first in the conversations (as in the attached image, or similar), thus making the group (with people who don't talk much , or with just me, as is my case hehe) or old conversations with dear friends, always stick to the beginning.
