Forced relogin clobbering notification settings

I have a windows laptop I use in bursts. If I don't use it for a bit, discord requires me to log back in (reasonable). But when I do, all my application level notification settings get reset (sounds, flashing, etc). These settings should not be reset every time I log in again, my previous settings which are maintained on a per-device basis should be left intact.
