Why is Discord marking my cases as solved?

I put in support tickets for a hacked account, and all but one are marked as "solved". I still do not have my account back. If the situation is really fixed, then why don't they email me?

 

Discord Support is becoming even more disappointing.

  Probably because you should only make one ticket, not multiple, so they closed the extra ones.

  Ah, I see how that can be true. Still sucks that they're looking at them and not replying to me, though.

  Yeah, you should make only one ticket, but waiting for 17 days and still nothing isn't fun
