Disabling 2fa on my account

So I got hacked on discord and the person who hacked me enabled 2-step verification. This means they have the backup codes and the 2-step codes. Keep in mind, my email is still on the account and hasn’t been changed. I cant reset the password without a 2fa code/backup code. I’m about to cry because I lost 4 years of memories because they can’t disable 2fa although my friend had this happen to him but they disabled 2fa on his account. What do I do? I need my account back.

    Contact support and tell them that your account was hacked, they might reset your 2fa.

    I did and they won’t reset 2fa, idk what to fo

    I agree with you. I also requested this one and they can't disable 2FA. We just need to push it in the feedbacks

    Yea they can, they disabled my friends 2fa a couple days ago
