Sever Transfer Requirements Should Be Lowered & Changed.

I think that the member requirement is ridiculous. Some servers are used for info, and others are used for things like chat, photo exchange, or just interacting with other members in general. After taking a break from Discord and seeing my old account was disabled for no reason, I came back to all of my Discords gone. It's fine, but I don't think the requirements to request for a dead server to be transferred to you. Whatever the reason, there shouldn't be a requirement to have a specific amount of people when, realistically, every Discord that does have 100+ members has an advertising bot or a bot to bump. Older discords that are still being advertised today have hundreds of members that want to be active in certain discords, but can't because the owner is inactive and has locked the discord. What do we do about those? Wouldn't it be unreasonable to delete them all, but instead, request a transfer in general for discords unable to invite or advertise to get 100 members? What happens if more people leave because they can't access the discord and discord staff isn't moving quick enough? 100+ members isn't realistic, especially for people who want small discords. Remove that limit, if you look up everyone else's problem with transfers and dead discords, you'll see how much people are struggling with it. Not to mention, spamming invites is against Discord's ToS, so what are we suppose to do? I roleplay on Discord and some of the discords I have are dead and there are only a certain amount of people we need for that, and it's under half the amount required for a server transfer. No, I don't want to make a new discord when all the info and writing we've done is on that discord. The only requirements I believe we should have for transfers is:

-The owner's account is disabled or deleted permanently and has been for at least a month.
-The user requesting has been in the server for at least a month.
-If there's no staff, the user requesting would automatically get it.

To bypass all of this, we should put a system where Admins/Mods gain ownership if the owner's account is disabled. It shouldn't be automatically passed if there is no one in power, it should be applied for.
